Supporting the Golf Outing supports the Junior League of Spokane’s mission and work in the community. Our organization promotes civic and community leadership among women by helping women gain experience as nonprofit leaders. Over our 98 year history, the women of the Junior League of Spokane have collaborated to make meaningful change in our community—including having a hand in the creation of many programs and other nonprofits that many people recognize today. Our new focus in the community is to improve access to basic needs to alleviate sources of stress and increase resiliency for women, children, and families who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and/or trauma.
